Reaching the crew

Questions, suspected breakage, or a challenge that behaves impossibly: bring it to the chat server.

Say which challenge you mean and what you tried. "Web 2 is broken" costs a round trip; "web 2 returns a 500 on any input with a quote in it" gets an answer.

Lost your password

There is no password reset here, because there is no email address to send one to — that is the trade for a platform that holds no personal data about you.

Ask in the chat server. We will reset it manually and pass the new one to someone in your crew. Save yourself the detour: put the team password in a shared password manager on day one.

What we can and cannot tell you

We will confirm whether a challenge is working, whether you have understood the question, and whether a flag format is right. We will not walk you through a solution while other teams are working on it.
